At Drrop Mix, we take pride in delivering your favorite drink mixes swiftly and securely to your doorstep.
Every order is carefully packed and shipped with proper safety, hygiene, and freshness measures so that your beverage experience is as premium as promised.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.


2. Service Coverage

We currently deliver across India, including all major metros, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and selected pin codes in remote areas.
Our logistics partners include leading national and regional courier companies that ensure timely and safe delivery.

If your pin code is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution.


3. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volumes.

Once your order is processed, it moves to the dispatch stage and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with shipping details.


4. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: up to 8–10 working days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to logistics conditions, weather, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

We strive to offer transparent and affordable delivery rates.

  • Free Shipping: on orders above ₹499 (within India).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50–₹80 for orders below ₹499.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed clearly at checkout before payment confirmation.

For bulk, distributor, or wholesale orders, custom logistics and rates apply. Please contact our sales team directly for details.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • tracking link via email/SMS
  • The courier name and tracking ID

You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link until delivery.

If your tracking number doesn’t show updates within 24–48 hours, contact us at drropmix@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


7. Delivery Conditions

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Provide a complete and accurate address, including nearby landmarks and a valid contact number.
  • Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery location.
  • Couriers usually make two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.

If the package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, the order may be reshipped at an additional cost.


8. Delays or Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain conditions may cause delays:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Remote or non-serviceable delivery areas
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Sudden spikes in order volume (during festivals or sales)

We will keep you informed via email or SMS if your delivery faces any such delay.


9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package before opening.
  2. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at drropmix@gmail.com.
  3. Include your Order IDContact Number, and proof of issue.

Our team will review and coordinate with the courier partner to arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Drrop Mix serves customers within India only.
For bulk export or distributor inquiries outside India, please contact us at drropmix@gmail.com.


11. Change in Shipping Address

If you wish to modify your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Email or call us within 2 hours of order confirmation.
  • Address changes are only possible before dispatch.

Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


12. Packaging Standards

All Drrop Mix products are:

  • Hygienically packed using food-safe materials
  • Sealed in compact, eco-friendly pouches or jars
  • Labeled with batch number, expiry date, and ingredients

We ensure every parcel meets our high standards of quality and presentation before it leaves our facility.


13. Lost Parcels

In rare cases where a parcel is lost in transit:

  • We will file an official claim with the courier company.
  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
