At DrropMix, we prioritise quality & freshness. Due to the nature of consumable FMCG goods, returns and refunds are not applicable after delivery.
We only accept requests in exceptional cases such as:
• Product delivered expired, or
• Product found spoiled/unfit for consumption
To raise a request, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with:
1. Order ID
2. Clear photos/videos of the product
3. Reason for the request
Once verified, we will assist you further.
